Y-Pulley
myminifactory
This is an upgraded Y-Pulley holder designed for a HICTOP 3DP-11, a Prusa clone replica. The original model was crafted from laser-cut acrylic and merely encased a bearing. However, this led to belt friction and annoying squeaks. To address these issues, I created a bracket that securely holds a GT2 Aluminum Timing Belt Idler Pulley in place. The pulley itself rides on a sturdy bearing, while its finned design prevents the belt from making contact and causing unwanted noise. As a result, I can now concentrate on more important things – like hearing myself think – even when my printer is operational.
With this file you will be able to print Y-Pulley with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Y-Pulley.
