I adjusted the printer after repeatedly jamming against the X-endstop. Numerous modifications followed my first print, as measurements of the zip tie passage were way off. In addition, PLA proved not to be an ideal plastic for this model, as it only filled in gaps even after firmware tweaks (Current/Actual*Desired=New). It took eight attempts before I achieved satisfactory tolerances.
