This modification incorporates two stability rods for the Y axis, eliminating tension from the frame to minimize noise. The belt position is now precisely centered (off by 1.5 mm corrected). You can also use the old belt holder effectively. Be aware that the front plate lacks symmetry; the front filler assumes a left side width of 10.7 cm and a right side width of 10.4 cm. The motor holder I printed did not fit into the holes, despite matching the template exactly. However, the holes fit just fine. To resolve this issue, I added a 30 mm version with increased distance between rectangular holes and adjusted my print until it fit properly. I utilized several templates for various tasks: Printing: The motor holder was printed upright (Y-Motor_holder_full.obj): The cone for the right rod began to curl away. To prevent this, I created an additional support file, "ac" meaning anti-curling. Additional files were also added for printing the motor holder on its back; these are untested, however. Motor_holder_full_ac.obj features an extra support against curling - hopefully, it will be helpful. I would like to express gratitude to Raphael Kugelmann for providing his modified idler holder.
