Y Motor Base Mount & Belt Clamp (Tronxy P802)
myminifactory
I designed these modifications to relocate my bed motor on my Tronxy P802E. My previous motor was deteriorating, so I needed to free up space for a more powerful and superior motor. Additionally, I desired a better belt clamp that would ensure the belts were evenly aligned. The motor mount attaches directly to the board that my printer is secured to. Consequently, I could have easily eliminated the bracket visible in the bottom of the motor images. I shifted the motor a few millimeters to the right and slightly lower under the bed. By lowering the motor, I created more space for insulation underneath my bed, which was rubbing against it ever so slightly before.
