Limit Switch Holders for Taig Mill: A Work-in-Progress Design! These holders, still under development, are designed to house Cherry E-61 switches and protect them from debris. They feature covered sides to keep swarf away from the switch. To assemble, you'll need hardware including 10-24 x 7/16 screws (or 10-24 x 1/2 with washers), 10-24 nuts, and 2-56 x 7/16 screws along with 2-56 nuts. Print at 0.2mm height for stability. Mount the holder beneath the table on the right side, aligning it with the slot on the ways. One switch hole has an arc for adjustable arm protrusion. The switch should be placed inside the 'box' to maintain its protection from chips and debris. Feel free to try out the OpenSCAD code provided, but note that the design is not yet polished. Constructive feedback is encouraged!
