Y Frame Camera Mount - Maker Select V2
thingiverse
I wanted to try a Y axis mounted camera for my Maker Select V2. I had the "Raspberry Pi Camera Case and Mount for Mini Kossel" already printed out but I didnt like how flimsy it's mounting arms and back were so I drew this up and mounted it to the Y axis. It requires cutting a 1/4" slot out of your front printer frame, but it doesnt affect its rigidity. Requires two small holes drilled Y-axis sled for mounting. You'll need a large assortment of m3 screws to bolt the parts together. I printed in ABS because it's close to the heated bed. I separated the bottom mounting section so it's easier to print, I threw some glue inbetween the long flat plate and that bottom mounting bracket before I put in the screws. Only reason I didnt include the f3d is bc I was kinda lazy and didnt label anything. If you want it let me know. The case I'm using is this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:434600
