Y endstop Prusa i3
thingiverse
I needed a Y endstop for my Prusa i3 with homemade frame right away. So, I decided to make this simple bracket for the endstop switch on the spot. It fits perfectly onto a 10mm threaded rod! When installing it, please do it without the cable attached to the switch first - you can plug it in later. This bracket is designed specifically to trigger or activate the Y axis linear bearing (the axis with only one bearing). Don't overtighten it like I did, or else! Part List: 1. Endstop switch (I got mine from eBay) 2. M3 Locknut 3. M3 x 20 screw 4. Two M3 x 6 screws Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Hephestos by bq Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30 Notes: I printed this in PLA using the following settings: Head: 195 Bed: 50 Speed: 50 mms Nozzle diameter: 0.4
