I also designed one that includes a built-in belt tensioner at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1674146. This is a modified mount tailored specifically for the Max Micron Prusa i3 clone, with high likelihood of compatibility with many other models as well. I made adjustments to shift the stop switch out of the way and away from the mounting bolt, eliminating potential interference issues between them. Additionally, I recessed the mounting bolts so that once they're started, there's no need for twisting around while trying to keep a wrench in place and simultaneously turning a driver for the bolt. The design has also been reinforced for added strength.
