I also designed one with a built-in belt tensioner: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1674146. This is a modified mount specifically designed for the Max Micron Prusa i3 clone, although it's likely compatible with many other models as well. I shifted the stop switch to a position where it no longer clashes with the mounting bolt, eliminating interference between the two components. Additionally, I recessed the mounting bolts so that once started, users won't need to wrestle with twisting and trying to hold a wrench in place while also turning a driver for the bolt. This new design is not only more solid but also significantly stronger.
