I am currently in the process of modifying my Robo3D printer by replacing the drawer slider design with a linear bearing Y stage for enhanced performance. This upgrade has significantly improved print quality. The linear bearing used is a LBB-375, available on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/HEIM-Heim-LBB375-Linear-Bearing/dp/B00DBO1OVG). I have also cut rods from .375 ground polished 316 stainless rods, obtainable from Metalsupermarkets.com (http://www.metalsupermarkets.com/Material.aspx?ProductId=SR316/38). The drill guide is still under development and will likely be part of my next upgrade, which includes reducing the deck height and replacing the wiring harness for further enhancement.
