This customizable frame is designed for a functional 3D printer, but can be adapted for other uses as well. Assemble it using M3 nuts and screws to create a rigid structure. One unique aspect of 3D printing and the RepRap project is the ability to print another 3D printer from an existing one, although most "replicated" components are made of metal rods. However, it's more exciting when you realize that most parts are actually printed plastic! Note that this construction set only includes a frame; attachments for X, Y, and Z axes, as well as electronic mounts, still need development. To build your 3D printer, print the necessary parts in desired quantities and secure them with M3 nuts and bolts to enhance stability. The right-angle-joint and T-joint components have integrated support structures within their STL files, with the right-angle-joint also featuring thermal barriers to prevent curling off the platform. Be sure to print without automatically generated support structures.
