The original part has a gap between the walls that is too small for a GT2 drive pulley. So I built my own Y belt tensioner with a bigger gap, ensuring the GT2 drive pulley doesn't get crushed. It works seamlessly with both 16T and 20T drive pulleys. Now, the gap between the walls measures 9.4mm, while the standard GT pulley has a width of only 8.5mm. The extra space is designed for washers. With the washers in place, the GT2 pulley runs smoothly without any rubbing issues. I created two different versions with optical differences: Remix 1 features a nut and sinker design, while Remix 2 boasts a clean aesthetic.
