First, MAJOR credit goes to the brilliant creator of this Y Belt Tensioner. One of the top-notch tensioners I've used, it's a real game-changer. The design is sleek and doesn't take up much space at all. However, it lacks the ability to adjust the LEFT/RIGHT position of the belt to align with the plate, which was crucial for me to solve my belt scraping problem. So this is a quick fix that requires no modifications. The weird heart-shaped design has nothing to do with Valentine's Day and isn't even a heart shape. It's simply a clever design element I used to create a stronger structure for sliding and locking. Nut and screw holes are deeper than the original to allow you to use shorter screws or bolts, giving more room on the sides for sliding adjustments to fine-tune your belt position. ========== Important Note: Make sure to clean the sliding surfaces before installation. This will ensure easy installation and adjustment of the slider position without excessive force. It's designed for a tight fit but not too tight. A loose connection between the two parts can lead to stretching, so avoid sanding the surfaces excessively. I only needed to clean the seams and trim the edge of the first layer slightly. I didn't include the Plate or Screw STL files in this download. If you need those files, please download them from the original creator and give the guy a shoutout. 0.2mm Layer Height Support 20% Infill ======== Update: February 15, 2018 - Slider - Wide.stl for users with toothed sleeves - Slider - Original.stl for users without toothed pulleys - Separate STL files for each part
