Update 2017-02-22: I've created a new STL file for the black GT2, giving the part where the two GT2 touch each other a narrow width of just 2mm. The FreeCAD file is a bit messy, as I uploaded it too, but I'm confident that the STL file is solid. Since I haven't printed the version for the GT2 black before, I'd love it if you could try it with your black GT2 and share the results with me. Update 2017-02-21: It's finally up and running. I've added some photos showcasing the assembled holder. 2017-02-20: This design is specifically tailored for the "GT2 Timing belt White PU Steel 6mm width" type, which has a slightly wider profile than the black type. I haven't yet fitted it to my printer, but the print is ready and waiting. I'll update this post once it's successfully installed. I've uploaded the FreeCAD source code, so feel free to customize it as needed. However, keep in mind that this design isn't suitable for the black GT2 type – it may not fit properly and could even get stuck in the teeth. If there's enough interest, I might create a separate version for the black type later on.
