Y Belt Clamp with Tensioner

Belt holder with integrated tensioner suitable for y-axis on Prusa I3 clones. Reliable tensioning ensures two times stronger grip than idler-based tensioners. The increased height eliminates triangulation in belt geometry, preventing wobble and ensuring constant tension over the entire length. Hole spacing matches the initial design of the Y sled, with 45mm spacing on the frog and 4 holes at 22.5mm intervals on this holder. Simply push the belt into the slots, then secure it with an M3x40mm screw and nut.
