Prusa i3 and clones require wire management to prevent overheating and damage from bed heater wires. Create a version tailored to your printer's unique setup, taking into account the motor mounting position. Mount this wire management solution to the lower carriage plate of your bed. Since there are numerous bed configurations, no screw holes are provided. Instead, print the part and use a drill or carefully heat it with a candle to create a pilot hole for securing it in place. For optimal results, recommend printing with a high shell/outer layer setting. While inner layers can be low, ensure they remain at least 20% or higher for added strength.
