Y Bar Stopper P3 Steel XL

The Y bars on my P3Steel XL (from KitPrinter3D) can very easily slide out of their mounts, so I needed a way to stop them from dropping out while still allowing them to be removed easily for maintenance. The Prusa i3 Steel end Y Axis by weros was a good starting point, but its height above the bar stopped the print bed from moving to its full Y distance. The clearance between the Y bar and bed mount is just over 1mm, and it moves beyond the length of the frame by several cm at the extremes. I printed this part in ABS, and it holds onto the frame well. Printer Details Brand: RepRap Model: Purse i3 P3Steel XL Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used Brim in Cura instead of Raft when printing with ABS, which gave minimal warping.
