The Belts Were Slipping Off the Wheels Constantly, Causing My Prints to be All Over the Place. I Felt Like Throwing My Printer Out the Window. But Then I Found a Motor Holder That Made Everything Work Smoothly. With It Installed, My T5 Belts Were Working Better Than Ever Before! Determined To Get Rid of Y-axis Lash For Good, I Set Out to Design a Belt Tensioner to Replace Those Flimsy M3 Nuts. It Took Me Several Hours to Figure it All Out, but I Finally Got There. And Let Me Tell You - It Was Worth Every Minute. With My New Belt Tensioner in Place, My Prints Have Never Been Better! No More Y-axis Lash, No More Lemon-Shaped Circles.
