I modified this thing to fit perfectly with my 20x20 aluminum profiles using M5 nuts. Depending on your printer and print settings, you may need to loosen the holes where the screws pass through a bit or add a thread. If you're using half-sized M5 nuts in your profile instead of the standard ones - which can be quite pricey compared to M5 nuts - then consider using a 16mm long M5 screw with a full-sized M5 nut attached to the end for a perfect fit. I found that 12mm screws are too short, at least for my setup. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1-0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I used 0.1 resolution, but you may want to try 0.2 on your printer instead.
