I cracked my fragile acrylic end cap by cranking down too tightly, so I carefully measured it out and printed a brand new one right away. I had seriously considered upgrading to this awesome model here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2078706 but I really needed to get up and running quickly. 50% infill for extra strength because I prefer to keep my prints rock solid.
