I reworked the entire design to accommodate the original frame rods from the A8, which are 410mm long and 8mm in diameter, rather than the thinner 6mm ones. To upgrade my Anet A8's heatbed to a larger size of 200x300, I chose 10mm threaded rods, which needed to be 100mm longer than the originals. I opted for these thicker rods to ensure the frame remains rigid and stable over the extended distance. Using the original A8 rods as leftovers, I wanted to incorporate them into my design. The result is a sturdy frame that can handle the increased length of my larger heatbed. Front V2 is tailored for 410mm rods, while Front V1 is designed for 420mm rods (a minor measurement error). Although this design is optimized for my extended bed, you can also use it with the standard A8 setup by using 310/320mm rods. In addition to the frame redesign, I created a thinner belt/bed connection that fits snugly between the rods. This design is available on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477845.
