Summary • A modified version of the bearing raises the belt line by 3mm for a better fit. • Two original y mounts broke on the Max Micron: one was poorly printed, and the other cracked due to over-tightening the pulley nut. • To strengthen the mount, I redesigned it with rounded edges and a larger pulley bolt/nut. • The design features an M3-sized pulley bolt/nut recessed in place without requiring a tool on that side. • Frame mount screws are standard M5's with a washer.
