Y Axis Endstop Clamp for 6mm Acrylic Prusa I3 with 8mm Rods

You will need to create a sturdy Y Axis Endstop for your Acrylic Prusa i3 3D printer. The Mechanical Endstop V1.2 is an excellent choice. It fits perfectly into place and allows for maximum travel on the acrylic bed. You will require three 3mm Cup heads, each measuring 16mm in length, along with three 3mm Nuts and three 3mm Spring Washers. When installing the Cup Head between the rods, be careful not to overtighten it, as this is only meant to add a small amount of tension. If necessary, you can add 8mm nuts on either side to ensure a secure fit, but in my experience, they are unnecessary. The design should also work well with an Aluminium Laser Cut Y Axis. You have the option to swap out the Cup Heads for Phillips screws, as shown in the image. If your machine is already built, you may want to consider using the Split variety instead, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:928883.
