This is a comprehensive assembly of the Y-axis on the 40x20 nut 5A profile. The motor is a NEMA 17 with a 22mm flange, measuring 42.3x42.3x39.2mm without a shaft. The shaft itself is 22.6mm long and has a diameter of 5mm. To assemble, first screw the step motor to the holder, then attach the holder with the motor to the A-profile, and finally place the pinion on the shaft and adjust its exact position. The attachment of the toothed belt must ensure horizontal movement towards the motor on one side and towards the belt tensioner on the other. To achieve success in fixing under the hot bed at different heights, a 5mm height difference is recommended. This design is remarkably compact, requiring no extra parts when using the ANET hot bed mount or other 3D printers. The engine is in direct contact with the A-profile, ensuring excellent engine cooling. The motor mounting bracket allows installation from both sides of the frame.
