Y-Axis Bracket for Mini 3D Fabrikator Tiny Boy Final

I have thoroughly examined several designs for the Y-Axis Stepper Motor Fan Mount on the Mini Fabrikator TinyBoy and determined that the optimal placement is for the most space-constrained component in the limited space available. Never design something that obstructs or collides with the movement of the print while it's printing or zeroing at full bed length tests! This issue becomes particularly evident on larger prints near 80mm. Without a bracket, heat reaches 56 to 60 degrees Celsius for the stock printer. If your stepper reaches 80 degrees Celsius, it means your POTs on the Ramps Board for all steppers are not set to the normal voltage of 0.60-0.62V and 1.12 at the other measured legs. Below these volts, you'll notice the extruder pauses for half a second at certain prints, resulting in multiple stains. The bracket can reduce temperature differences by up to 7-10 degrees Celsius as tested. Prior to the big 12cm strong fan bringing down X & Z Axis temperatures to near 34 degrees Celsius, I successfully maintained the temperature around 49 degrees Celsius during operation with my tiny 30mm fan and a tiny bracket. The printer has been printing non-stop for weeks to months without issues. I chose ABS Black material as the base (Black absorbs heat in my view) on the Y-Stepper heat produced, but you can opt for PLA if you prefer. ABS warps without a hotbed, but since it's small and tiny, I consider this negligible and acceptable as a functional excellent solution. For any equipment, maintaining minimal operating temperatures prolongs its lifespan.
