y-axis belt tensioner (Prusa i3 Hesine)
thingiverse
This is a clever way to adjust tension on my y-belt with minimal fuss, requiring no new holes in my Prusa i3 Hesine frame.\nA bit excessive, I admit, but it works wonders and was an absolute blast to create!\nI printed the entire piece in one go, except for the small circular component which I reprinted at a 0.1mm layer height - it looked significantly better that way.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Prusa i3 Hesine\n \n Rafts: \n None\n \n Supports: \n Yes\n \n Resolution: \n Layer Height: 0.3mm, small circular piece: 0.1mm\n \n Infill: \n 30%\n \n Notes: \nThe supports, also made of PLA, are clearly visible in the photo taken from RepetierHost/Slic3r.
