This is a remix of "3D printer belt tensioner" by ElectWand6 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481053 It's a Y-axis belt tensioner designed for SW-200 and compatible printers, such as Kingroon KP3 and Sunpion Mini S200. This design reuses the existing pulley, screws, and nuts from the OEM Y-axis belt holder. Recommended printing in ABS or a stronger material, with 100% infill for optimal results and durability. Don't forget to scale up by 2% to account for parts shrinkage during cooling. A nut-holding tool is included to make it easier to secure this tensioner.
