Human: Y-axis belt tensioner, designed to replace or upgrade one of the Y-axis shafts.\n\nrequires:\n2x 20-toothed H-Wheel with 6mm belt bearing and 5mm bore for GT 2 GT pulleys\n2x M3 screws measuring 30mm in length, possibly slightly shorter\n2x M3 nuts\n2x M5 hexagon head screws\n2x M5 nuts (locking nut optional)\n2x 5.3mm bore washers\noptional:\n2x springs (measures as shown on the picture)\n\nWhen building this assembly, carefully pry the H-Wheel holder apart with pointed pliers and insert a screw at the same time.\n\n\nY-Axis Belt Tensioner replaces Y-Axis shaft, for better stability.\n\nNeeds:\n2x GT 2 Pulley Wheels - 20 Tooth for GT 2.3 20 Teeth for GT 6mm Pulleys \u2013 GT2 belt \u2013 (30-35)\n2x M5 X 16 Socket Screw w/ Nut and Springs,\nor\n2x Teflon Bushings, \u200bmolded into Pulley Housing with set of two - (B) & (D),or,\n2x Spring loaded Clutch Assembly, consisting of Spring-loaded bearing w/Glued onto the inner hole w/1\ndeep set countersink nut at 60mm deep, to pull pulleys away from spring housing after applying the Teflon. \n\nAfter installing it, just screw in M5 bolts and apply a small bit of lubricant to springs or any other part that has direct contact.\
