Y-Axis Belt Tensioner Folger-Tech 2020 Rail

This is a specially designed Y-Axis Belt Tensioner that can easily attach to either a sturdy 20x20 V-Slot System or a dependable Standard Rail System. It was created with my own Folger-Tech prusa i3 variant in mind, but I believe it would be a valuable addition to any system requiring quick adjustments to the Y-Axis belt tension. I initially designed this part to enable instant fine-tuning of the tension, but what I soon discovered was that frequent adjustments became necessary more often than I anticipated... To make matters easier, this assembly is perfectly compatible with the Y-axis flanges bearings supplied by Folger-Tech. Important edits were made recently: A vital Y-Tensioner Puller (Folger-Tech V-2.STL) has been added to my collection, equipped with a generously increased 5.6mm nut opening for greater compatibility and flexibility - as per a special request from a valued customer. Furthermore, a versatile new part called the Y-Tensioner Base (Folger-Tech V-2) is now included in the collection, which allows for mounting the base securely on the inside of the sturdy 20x20 frame work for optimal stability and durability.
