Y Axis Belt Retainer
thingiverse
The angle of that belt with the aluminum block doesn't sit well with me, and I'm not thrilled about the radius on the belt when it's attached to the block. It could introduce tiny errors into Y Axis travel, especially when jerk values get high. I built the block and plate with a bigger surface area for stability and deliberately put the belt in a tight spot plus the nut recess. If I were you, I'd recommend installing those nuts first by jacking them in place using long screws. This design is meant to be a direct replacement for that aluminum block without requiring any further modifications.
