Y-axis belt clamp with secure print
thingiverse
Triffid Hunter initially created these barclamps, which were later fixed for spacing alignment by mtuiEEE. These function well in combination with the ram, providing relief to belts that could otherwise be damaged by M3 or 4-40 screws. To install, insert the nut on the largest part onto the tensioner bolt, followed by attaching the smallest section (the ram) to the threaded screw tip. Assemble the belt while referring to Triffid Hunter's picture for guidance. TerraMir has provided comments in the scad file for customizing bar clamp sizes and ensuring a print-ready STL. Have fun with your project!
