Improved Y-Axis Belt Alignment: Enhance Your Printer's Performance Secure and level up your Y-Axis belt by pairing two identical parts, which allow for precise tensioning against the H-Frame. Four button head screws (4mm x 25mm) and two set screws (4mm x 8mm) are necessary for this upgrade. Pre-assemble the belts to each block before securing them to the frame. The upper block's set screw is initially positioned about 1-1.5 mm below flush, holding the belt in place. As you tighten the blocks against the H-Frame, that set screw will bite into the belt, preventing slippage. Tighten the lower block's set screw after pulling on the loose end and tensioning the belt. Please note that printing the channels without supports might require some post-processing to clear any residue. Refer to the attached JPG files for proper installation procedures. For orientation purposes, remember that the right side of the assembly drawing and image views represents the stepper motor side. Consult the Cura image for optimal printing orientation.
