Y Axis Assembly for MK2 Y carriage
thingiverse
Since I chose to keep my Anet A8 untouched, I ordered replacement parts on Aliexpress during the big sale on November 11th at an unbeatable discount. Unfortunately, I ended up buying the wrong Y carriage that wouldn't work with BLV's AM8 build. The main issue was that with the stock motor mount in place, the motor was too high and kept hitting the carriage as it moved back into position. To fix this problem, I had to lower the motor, which meant creating three custom parts so they would all line up properly. All STL files should be printed exactly as they were uploaded, without any changes to orientation.
