XYZprinting Da Vinci 1.0 Improved X Axis Tensioner

This is an enhanced model of a Y axis tensioner concept I discovered online. It includes a hole for a 2.5mm bolt that allows you to securely tighten the tension until it's very firm! To Set Up: Take off the screw keeping pressure on the Y axis tensioner. Push the tensioner completely toward the other end of the Y axis track. Use a flathead screwdriver to release the plastic pulley from its holder in the old tensioner. Remove the outdated tensioner, storing the spring safely for future reference (you won't need it with this design). Insert the new tensioner at the location where the old one was placed. Position the plastic bearing on top of the belt. Slide the plastic bearing into the groove found on the tensioner unit. Install a 2.5mm bolt, and then tighten to your preferred level of firmness.
