To assess your Prusa Mendel's performance and test other machines, I crafted a 140mm (and a smaller 90mm) calibration object using my 150mm-capable calipers. The included half-sized circle enables precise measurement of belt tension and build platform leveling. Measuring X, Y at 140mm or 90mm, Z at 30mm, and the circle's outer diameter at 70mm or 45mm can reveal potential issues. Repeat measurements and adjustments until accuracy is optimal.
