XYZ Davinci Z-Axis RAMPS optical endstop bracket
thingiverse
After swapping out the stock XYZ with a Duet Wifi v4, I struggled to figure out the wiring for the original Z-axis endstop. Unfortunately, the stock Z-Axis bracket didn't fit with RAMPS style optical endstops in place. This bracket is designed to allow you to insert a RAMPS style optical endstop and then secure it using hotmelt glue or similar materials so it can't move. The bracket itself screws into the printer frame through the same holes as the original bracket did, but I've since replaced the original heat bed, giving me some adjustment room in the bed adjusters to set the nozzle-bed distance correctly. The back of the bracket also clears the rear Y-Axis cross bar nicely. If you're still using the stock bed, you may need to raise the Z axis flag (tape works well for this) so it breaks the Home sensor's beam earlier, preventing the bed from crashing into the extruder nozzle(s). The model is designed to be printed with the screw/top mounting surface facing up on the bed, allowing for a print without supports. I successfully printed mine in PETG, but PLA or ABS should also work fine. This design should fit XYZ Davinci 1.0/1.0a/2.0/2.0a style printers. Take a look at the photos and if your printer matches them, this bracket should fit seamlessly.
