xyz daVinci Pro - E3D V6 Mount

Thanks to Zalsobrooks and thebak3 for pioneering this design. I made minor modifications to Zalsobrooks' fan shroud to provide more clearance between the shroud and the carriage. 2016/02/08 UPDATE: On closer inspection, the fan still hits the carriage. I wouldn't suggest using my fan shroud until I make changes to it. 2016/02/25 UPDATE: I finally reworked my fan shroud to put the fan and duct at an angle, clearing the print carriage. Since this shroud sticks out further than the stock fan, you may need to be careful when printing at the very back of your printer. Printer Settings Printer: XYZ da Vinci 1.0 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 25% Notes: I printed with the side the fan mounts to down on the print bed, using a brim but no supports, and the print came out great. Post-Printing After printing, the parts required a fair amount of cleaning/trimming until they fit securely into the E3D heatsink. Disassembly of the stock extruder unit and assembly of this E3D V6 replacement are fairly straightforward.
