After converting my Jr RAMPS, I noticed that Jr gained a lot but lost one major feature - enclosure. So, I've decided to restore my Jr to its former glory. With this mod, there's no going back because you'll need to modify (cut) the current LCD plastic mount and superglue new printed parts on. Also, if you want a front-facing SD card slot, you'll need to do some soldering. Alternatively, if you're not ready to solder, please use the front plate without an SD card cutout. In this case, you either need tiny fingers to get the SD card in and out from the back or can use one of those SD card extender cables to make it easier to reach. I've added some work-in-progress photos that might help. (I used a 3D pen to hold the SD card reader in place, but a hot glue gun might work as well.) If you're interested, I've also added a super simple port plate so you can use your existing PSU nicely. Again, soldering might be necessary; I simply reused/desoldered the DC jack from the Arduino board and reused it in the port plate. The switch I used was already in my component drawer.
