I reworked my Da vinci pro to Marlin fimrware and TMC2208 drivers including filament change feature. Everything is quiet, fast and reliable. No more crappy slicer and crappy mainboard For extruder part I just removed plastic part with clip and cut M6 thread into existing hole where you were putting filament in. Then installed coupler. For outside I created bracket which holds another coupler and its screwed into side panel by 4 or 3 screws. Hole on pillar is 5 mm, so I just cut M6 thread and screwed in another coupler. Tube is shortest possible to avoid excessive resistance in motion. Printed from PETG Carbon20 with 5 perimeters and 50% infill
