I think my bearing holder was severely damaged during shipping, but it surprisingly snapped completely. Without this component securely in place, the Y-axis tension on the drive shaft allows the belt to slide off.\nThese are the brackets near the rear of the printer and don't require spring alignment so I left them off. \nThe updated version is V2 with revised bearing dimensions to account for offset and a thicker bearing wall to make it stronger.\nThe original design has been simplified by removing pins, making it easier to print without their necessity. Update #1 - Untested and still pending assembly\nI'll add images and printer settings once I get a successful print. V3 update with enlarged screw hole diameters. Instructions This STL file is in millimeters and measures approximately 28mm at its widest point.\nRostock Max 1.0 uses this STL. It has been designed using ColorFabb's BronzeFill material, with printing settings at .1mm Z on the E3D v6 Hotend at 235 degrees Celsius.\nThe printer speed is set to extremely slow (30mm/s) for external perimeters and uses a 100% fill pattern. Supports are only necessary if you want to print with pins.\nWhat an ordeal! Installing this part took 45 minutes, but the printer is now up and running again. Pre-tap screw holes with existing screws. Print with the included pins. If getting aligned becomes frustrating, clip one pin off and try it the second time. I should have made this part after my initial design.\nIt has much more force exerted on it than initially thought. Breaking this part once will result in a complete overhaul to create something stronger. Fingers crossed that this works without failing. Using BronzeFill is not recommended; use ABS or flexible PLA instead
