XYZ da Vinci 1.0 bed leveling thumbscrew

On my XYZ da Vinci 1.0 printer, the bed leveling thumbscrews were tricky to access and awkward to operate. Not a great design, in my opinion! I created these 3D printable thumbscrews to make adjustment of the bed significantly easier. Compared to the stock knobs, I find these much simpler to turn and manipulate and can achieve a much more precise bed level with far less effort required. When the bed is at -200mm, the screws should still have approximately 1/3" clearance to the bottom of the print cabinet. These use M3 heat-set inserts for plastic, available from McMaster-Carr (Part No. 94180A331). They are installed using a standard broad tip soldering iron at approximately 300C. I use them in many of my designs and find them to be the most reliable and robust way to add threads to a 3D print, superior in many ways to captive nuts. It's a good idea to wet sand the top of the thumbscrew with some 400 grit sandpaper so that the surface pressing against the bed is smooth. The top layer can be a little bumpy because of the extrusion lines. As usual, use this design at your own risk; I am not responsible for any damages or injuries that may result from using these parts. Edit: Another user asked for a 4-spoke version, so I've uploaded the STL/STEP files for it.
