Here's a rewritten text that meets the requirements. I designed an example of XY motor mounts made from high-quality aluminum. I tested several types of printed mounts but they all had the same issue: becoming flexible when temperatures rose - for instance, printing within a box or enclosure or if the motor heated up when the cooling fan failed. To overcome this problem, I decided to try aluminum - it's relatively easy to manufacture and looks great. I used a standard XY mount as a pattern with a slight extension for the corner. The alu plate is 3mm thick. I employed various tools - including a jigsaw, an accurate drill, a vice, and a hammer - to bend the metal, and a grinder to clean up the finished product.
