XY Inductive sensor mount, Ender 5
thingiverse
I've successfully installed the inductive XY sensors mounts for my Ender 5 SN-04-N printer, and it's working flawlessly. To assemble this upgrade, I needed: * 4 M3 x 20 screws * 1 M4 x 25 screw with a nut (specifically designed for Y-axis installation) * 1 M3 x 10 screw with a T-nut (for X-axis mounting) When printing without supports, I found it essential to rotate the Y mount by 180 degrees. This ensures that my prints come out smooth and free of any obstructions. If you're using an Ender 5 printer equipped with rollers, don't forget to add simple metal corners to your Y and X carriage. These corners are crucial for triggering endstops, which is a must-have feature for smooth and accurate printing.
