XY Combined steps per mm and compensation tool

I was eager to calibrate the XY compensation in slic3r for precise fitting of holes. After using this calibration guide https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:633582 to adjust the XY compensation, I noticed that the outer dimension was slightly too small. To resolve this issue, I needed to recalibrate X and Y steps per mm, which unfortunately would disrupt the existing XY compensation. Therefore, I created this object to simultaneously fine-tune my steps per mm in the XY-plane and adjust the XY compensation in slic3r. The outer measurements are 100 mm each, featuring a central hole with an 8mm diameter, as well as four holes in the arm measuring 3mm in diameter.
