After building some large deltas it's time to make things smaller. I remixed some parts from this nice design, the Sculptr Delta MK1 by 3dprintingtips (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1444028). Fully printable on a 22mm bed. It has no heated bed and runs on a MKS MINI board. The print bed is a makeup mirror with an 8cm diameter. Printing size approximates 80mm in diameter and 126mm z height. Some specs are as follows: diagonal rod length 82 mm, smooth rod offset 83.0 mm, effector offset 22.0 mm (uploaded config_h states 20, please change), carriage offset 20.0 mm, maximal print high approximates 126.0 mm, pulley teeth for the belt is 16 GT2. The timing belt is GT2 and the extruder is a mk8 full metal. The stepper motor measures 42mmx42mm. Rod ends are traxxas. The rods themselves are made of 4mm threaded bar. Bearings used for the carriage include: bearing type LM8UU, length 24 mm, inner diameter 8 mm, outer diameter 15 mm. Clips for the LM8UU bearings measure 15 mm in diameter and 1 mm thick, with a material of steel. Vertical rods for the LM8UU bearings are made from 8mm steel rods 300mm in length. This enables three out of a 1000mm rod to be used. The aluminium stabilizer rods measure 330mm in length. Hotend is a stock E3D v6 lite and the current setup has no second fan for cooling the layer yet. I uploaded the second fan holder, which can be used as an add-on for the fan duct included by the E3D v6 lite. The layer cooling fan is controlled by the MKS MINI. To ensure that you always have this fan running, make a direct 12v connection for the hot end. Motherboard is a MKS mini V1.2, which has no option for a heated bed. If you want this option, add a mos module.
