I simply created a simple and robust filament spool holder for all sorts of filament rolls. It does what it's supposed to do! Since I couldn't find a suitable or good filament spool holder for my 2.5kg rolls, I built one myself that is easy to print and works well. The spindle was scaled down slightly due to weight issues, but it should fit now. You can optionally print the spindle with support or raft so it sticks better to the build plate. Otherwise, everything can be printed without support at a layer height of 0.15mm. After assembly, simply attach the turn knob to the spindle with instant adhesive. Here's what you'll need: -4 pieces of 608 ZZ ball bearings (8x22x7 mm) groove ball bearings, DIN 625 -4 M6x25 screws -4 self-locking M6 nuts
