xx650 Battery charger
thingiverse
A custom battery charger based on the TP4056 USB charger chip has been created. The metal tabs found in purchased chargers were prone to bending and breaking, prompting a solution. LeC's charger served as inspiration, with improvements made to meet specific needs. Gratitude is extended to LeC for their original design, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186774, and enif for their contributions, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:941081. The charger includes a basic support tester that can be scaled according to requirements. Print Settings: Printer: Hictop i3 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Required unless bridging 30mm is feasible Resolution: 0.8 nozzle at 0.25 layer height Infill: 10% Notes: Supports are essential unless the printer can bridge a distance of 30mm. Post-Printing: A 28-gauge solid wire was used for construction. The {BAT+} wire should be soldered to the back of the charger. Wires should be run, and any excess wires clipped. A 1A USB wall wart is required for operation.
