A few key tweaks emerged from andrewSORG's original design. I stretched the main body as far as my 220x280 print bed would allow. In sync, the moving rack section was lengthened to match. To boost durability, I lengthened the handle and reworked how it connects to the cover plate. The printing parameters were PLA with three shells, 75% infill, and a nozzle diameter of 0.6mm. Metal hardware was only used for the bolts that secure the base. A medium-thick solvent cement holds the body firmly in place within the base.
