XTool F1 Adjustable Jigs
thingiverse
I made these adjustable jigs for the XTool F1. They were designed to be used with the M3 threaded holes. The length of the screws should be between 8mm and 10mm. The threaded holes are 4mm deep on the XTool F1, and the jigs I designed are 6.5mm thick. I used knurled screws so I wouldn't need any tools to loosen and tighten. The bottom edge of the jig is beveled on purpose so you can "pin" down the business cards. I did this because I noticed that the cards would start to warp if you used "hot" settings, and the image would start to come out of focus. This stops it from warping. If you don't want the beveled edge, then just flip the jig to the other side. Please give me any feedback you may have. I would like to know if there are any issues, or if you have an idea to improve these. Thanks in advance and I hope you find these useful.UPDATE: I added a version 5 of these jigs. The V5 version has a V notch so you can hold in place round objects. I left the V4 version there for those that prefer the straight edge version.
