XTOOL D1 laser clamp

This clamp holds the laser head on the XTOOL D1 firmly in place and does not bind or slip as some of you may have noticed when using the original thumb screw. The clamp is using the original screw as fastener, so all you have to do is to print out the design and mount it to the laser sled. NOTE: Layer height should be 0.1mm, 4 walls and 40% infill and speed no more than 30mm/sec! This is important to avoid the parts welding together. The clamp «prints in place», meaning that all parts are integrated in one body and therefore can’t fall or be taken apart.
